1. The data controller

2. What data do we process?
Data provided in the quote request, notification and calculator forms
- name, phone number, email address;
- the address of the property (postcode, town/village, street, house number), if you provide it;
- property details: type, year of construction, heated floor area, areas of interest (e.g. insulation, window replacement);
- your answers in the calculator and the estimate calculated from them, if you send the form from the calculator;
- any other information given in the message.
Data recorded automatically on submission
- the time of submission, your IP address and your browser identification data (User-Agent);
- the version of the privacy notice you accepted;
- the full content of the submitted request;
- how you arrived at the site: referring page, first page opened and its time, campaign identifiers (utm parameters, gclid, fbclid), if any.
We record these so that we can later prove when and with what content you asked us to contact you, and to filter out abuse (e.g. automated submissions).

3. What do we use the data for?

We do not sell the data and do not pass it on to third parties for marketing purposes. We do not make automated decisions about grant eligibility.
4. How long do we keep the data?
[megőrzési idő – ügyvéddel véglegesítendő, pl. a kapcsolatfelvételtől számított X év]. If we enter into a contract, we keep the data related to the contract for the period required by law. Processing based on consent lasts until consent is withdrawn.
5. Who can access the data?
Those of our staff who need it for their work (sales, project management). Data processors: [hosting and IT service provider, email/SMS service provider – to be named]. In the case of a construction contract, the subcontractors carrying out the work receive the data needed for the work (name, address, phone number).
6. Your rights
- you can request information about and access to your data;
- you can request its rectification, erasure or the restriction of its processing;
- you can object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- you can request data portability;
- you can withdraw your consent at any time – this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
You can send your request to info@energiahid.hu. You can lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), or you can go to court.
7. Cookies and local storage
We use analytics and advertising cookies only with your consent. In the banner shown on your first visit you can allow the “Analytics” and “Advertising” categories separately; “Accept” and “Decline” are equal choices, and everything works if you decline. Until you decide, or if you decline, no third-party measurement code is loaded. You can change or withdraw your decision at any time with the “Cookie settings” button in the footer; on withdrawal we delete the measurement cookies.

Events measured with your consent: page views, successful form submissions (the type of form and the source, without the data you entered), clicks on the phone number. The providers (Google Ireland Ltd., Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) may also transfer data to the United States; the legal basis is your consent [GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)], which you can withdraw at any time. You can also delete the local storage entries in your browser settings.
