Services

From the survey to the finished house – and beyond

You can start with a survey or a plan and decide afterwards. Prices are indicative; for the construction work we always give an itemised quote based on the on-site survey.

Our products

Start – on-site survey

HUF 0–29,900indicative price, agreed on the phone

We visit and survey the house (walls, ceiling, windows and doors, heating), document it with photos, and discuss which measures make sense.

EnergiaTerv (energy plan)

HUF 99,000–199,000indicative price, depends on the size and complexity of the house

A renovation project plan: what is worth doing, in what order, roughly at what cost and with what saving. It can be ordered on its own, and it is a good basis for later construction work or a Wekerle+ application.

Wekerle+ preparation

Start + EnergiaTervthe two services together; price on the phone

A survey and renovation plan designed for the announced 30% saving target of the Hungarian government's Wekerle+ programme, with an itemised quote. When the programme opens, you can apply with a ready plan.

Work we take on

Each separately as well, but they are most effective when coordinated: after insulation, a lower-output heating system may be enough, so the order matters.

  • Wall insulation

External insulation system for the façade, including the plinth, window reveals and render. During the survey we check the condition of the walls and any signs of damp.

  • Ceiling and loft insulation

Insulating the ceiling above the heated rooms, with a vapour barrier. If you use the loft, we also plan a walkable finish.

  • Window and door replacement

Based on the size, type and opening direction surveyed for each window and door. After installation we also make good the adjoining surfaces.

  • Heating upgrade

Replacing the heat source (for example with a heat pump or a condensing boiler) and, where needed, upgrading the radiators and controls.

House-type package

Do you have a "cube house"? We put together a dedicated package for it.

A large share of Hungarian family houses belong to a few typical types: the square "cube house" with a hipped roof, the two-storey house of the 1970s–80s, and the traditional farmhouse ("parasztház"). Houses of the same type usually have similar weak points, and therefore similar solutions.

The house-type package is built on these recurring situations – for example ceiling, walls and windows together – so we can give a quote faster and more transparently. In this case the survey mainly records the differences.

We give package prices in an itemised quote after the survey.

Typical types

  • Square house with a hipped roof ("Kádár-kocka", the typical 1960s–70s Hungarian cube house)
  • Two-storey family house (1970s–80s)
  • Traditional farmhouse ("parasztház")
